2.5 cm Hatashita Tatami
Historically most martial arts were practiced on wood floors, straw tatami or even dirt. Traditional straw tatami were only slightly softer than hardwood and offered little absorption but what they did offer was an excellent firm surface that provided great grip for fast footwork. The 2.5cm Hatashita Tatami offers a solution for the modern day warrior who has to go to work the next day without suffering sore joints or twisted ankles. This mat is ideal for all stand-up combat sports such as karate, TKD or primarily ground fighting such as Brazillian Jiu Jitsu. These mats offer extra firmness desired for ultimate fleet footedness during stand-up practice or an economical solution when doing primarily ground fighting.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages

- Please wait 48 hours after delivery is marked as completed before pursuing further action, as occasionally carriers will mark as delivered before delivery, or deliver multi-package parcels on separate days.
- If your package is missing for longer than 48 hours after it has been marked as delivered, please contact our Customer Support team at customersupport@hatashita.com. Please include your order number in your email.
- Note that neither Hatashita International nor the carrier can be held liable for stolen packages delivered without signature.

Large Truck Load Shipments
My Order Arrived with Damage
- If your order has arrived with damage, please contact mats@hatashita.com. Please have photos of damage, and the Bill of Lading signed as "Damaged" by the receiver including in your email.
My Order is Later than the Estimated Transit Time
- If your order is later than the estimated transit time, please contact mats@hatashita.com for delivery updates. Please include your INV- number in your email.
- Please note that in the case of any and all large truckload shipments, the bill of lading must be signed as "damaged" in order to pursue a claim. The carrier will not accept responsibility without this.
- Due to liability restrictions, carriers will offload from the truck only. It’s the receiver's responsibility to bring the shipment inside of the facility.

- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and no odors, no stains, no rips and no excesiver hair.
