Hatashita International provides a limited warranty on Hatashita Roll Out Mats, outlined as follows:
HATASHITA INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT POLICY
Inspect your delivery promptly and inform Hatashita of any damage immediately.
ALL FREIGHT CLAIMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. OTHERWISE, THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE FREIGHT CARRIER.
If you suspect freight damage, follow these instructions:
- Inspect the outside of each roll immediately upon unloading. Note any damage to the outer protective packaging on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading.
- Remove the outside packaging and inspect each roll for visible damage.
- If there is visible damage to the foam side of the mat, photograph the damaged areas.
- Email pictures and a description of the damage to Hatashita International at sales@hatashita.com within three (3) business days of mat receipt.
HATASHITA LIMITED WARRANTY
6-Year Limited Warranty:
Warranty period:
- 100% repair or replacement in year 1,
- 50% repair or replacement in years 2, 3, 4,
- 25% repair or replacement in years 5,6.
Hatashita guarantees that its products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship with proper installation and normal use and care for the stated warranty period. Hatashita may repair or replace a mat during the warranty period, with the determination and its sole discretion.
The Hatashita International Warranty is valid only if:
- The mat has been used as intended and cared for regularly, following the Care & Handling Manual instructions.
- The mat has not been vandalized, misused, neglected, involved in an accident, improperly stored for an extended period, or altered in any way.
The Hatashita Warranty does not cover cosmetic changes, such as scuff marks, denting, or compression from handling or storage, nor does it cover fading or marring of the mat. The Velcro system is covered, excluding damage due to improper mat handling.
Return and replacement freight for valid warranty claims are covered as follows:
- The customer is responsible for all return and/or replacement freight
Hatashita reserves the exclusive right to consider warranty claims and make decisions on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
Hatashita Wall Mats Warranty
Hatashita International warrants that the item(s) purchased are free
from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty
period of one (1) year, beginning on the day the item(s) is dispatched to the
customer. This warranty extends only to the customer, and is not transferable
to anyone who subsequently purchases the item from the customer.
During this period, Hatashita International will, without charge, repair
or replace items assessed and determined defective by Hatashita’s quality team. This
limited warranty does not extend to any items that have been damaged or
rendered defective (a) as a result of misuse or abuse; (b) modification of the
item; (c) faulty installation; (d) unauthorized repairs.
Hatashita Folding Mats Warranty
Hatashita International warrants that the item(s) purchased are free
from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty
period of one (1) year, beginning on the day the item(s) is dispatched to the
customer. This warranty extends only to the customer, and is not transferable
to anyone who subsequently purchases the item from the customer.
During this period, Hatashita International will, without charge, repair
or replace items assessed and determined defective by Hatashita’s quality team. This
limited warranty does not extend to any items that have been damaged or
rendered defective (a) as a result of misuse or abuse; (b) modification of the
item; (c) faulty installation; (d) unauthorized repairs.
