- Under 1 Year - 100% coverage*
- 1-2 Years - 50% coverage*
- 2-4 Years - 25% coverage*
- 4-6 Years - 15% coverage*
- After 2 years clients are entitled to keep damaged mats with the receival of their replacement mats at coverage price.
- For any warranty related inquiries, please email mats@hatashita.com with any photos and information related to the warranty inquiry. Please include your INVOICE number.
- This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including damage to the vinyl surface and foam structure, provided such defects arise under normal use. Issues resulting from excessive wear, improper handling, or inadequate care are not covered under warranty.
- Minor imperfections in the foam that do not affect the mat’s functionality are not considered warrantable. Similarly, surface blemishes or tears in the vinyl measuring less than four (4) inches in length are deemed cosmetic and do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
- Vinyl repair patches are available for purchase should surface damage occur outside the scope of warranty coverage.
- Coverage Policy*: If the product is determined to be defective and qualifies for replacement under warranty, a new mat will be provided at the rate based upon warranty deterioration. All associated shipping fees are the responsibility of the client. Shipping costs will be calculated by our support team and must be approved by the client prior to dispatch.
- Delivery Charges: Please note that clients are responsible for all shipping fees related to returning damaged mats AND delivery of new mats.
Coverage Explained
- The percentage coverage is the portion of current replacement value Hatashita International will pay. The client will be responsible for balance plus tax.
- The client will be responsible for all shipping costs.
- Ex. If a mat is deemed defective after 1.5 years and current value is $1000, Hatashita International will cover $500 (50%). The client will be responsible for $500 plus tax and shipping.
