I am in love with my new Jo staff! Good heft to it, straight as can be, nice red oak colour. Really excelling with this product, as I was using a wooden dowel before and it was far too light.

A Great Jo for the Price

Solid and straight. The price was great. We had a little delivery problem thanks to an inexperienced Fed Ex person (Hatashita was blameless). After a week of not having my jo, one of my neighbors confessed he'd found it leaned against his upstairs apartment door but had been busy with family and hadn't had time to tell me.

First I would like to start by saying Hatashita has the best customer service I’ve encountered since dealing with online retailers, I ordered two White Oak Jo Staffs and there was a little hiccup because of a different shipping address and my order was canceled, but with a phone call it was all worked out with no problems, I have to thank Michelle at customer service for her professionalism it made my experience with Hatashita so easy and I will certainly do business with them and recommend there service to all my friends, as for the two White Oak Jo’s I purchased I can’t complain and the only thing I can recommend about the White Oak Jo is that is a bit light in weight for me, other then that I couldn’t be happier with my purchase, thanks for the excellent customer service and awesome products 😎💯
