Mizuno Knee Pads are ideal for grappling, featuring five pads to protect around the sides of the knee as well. A low profile allows for ease of movement.

Hand wash with mild soap and cool water, or wipe down with a damp cloth after each use. Air dry completely before storing to help prevent odor buildup in the foam padding.

Free shipping on retail orders over $149.99 before tax. Mats ship on a separate timeline from the rest of our catalog and don't qualify for free shipping. Heavy bags and other oversized/heavy equipment also don't qualify for free shipping and may carry additional charges - we'll contact you before processing if that applies. Orders placed before 11:00 AM ET ship same day; delivery typically takes 1-7 business days within Canada for all other items.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
