Gi and embroidery is perfect, I did however had to pay extra for my name to also be embroider onto the pants. I wished there was a combined option for skirt and pants for $30, instead of having to contact and finding out it was another $20 for it. But service was quick and easy and the embroidery is great highly recommend getting if you are buying yourself a new gi.

It was the right size (size 4) but it's little more baggy than my older Gi's which are size 5 Fighting Films and Fuji, i know these 2 brands tend to have a slimmer cut. So it'll simply gonna take me a few weeks to get used to my Mizuno being little more baggy than what I'm used to. Aside from that the quality is remarkable even compared to my Fighting Films.
I didn’t have the chance to wear it on practice yet, but can say that the quality is outstanding.
My only concearn is about the sizing. Based on my height and weight (5’8” - 173cm / 190 lbs - 86kg) I went with the 3.5 and although the sleeve length is perfect, the jacket lenght is very long and the pants are a little longer as well. I don’t know how much shrinkage it will have and if it will get a perfect fit staying into regulation after a few washes.
Wondering if I should have gone with size 3.
Great product but it was a size too big. Size 5 was too big for me 4.5 would've probably been better

The gi was very quality and I can definitely feel the quality difference from my old gi, one came pre shrunk and one didn't, and one thing id watch out for Is the size, the chart is way off in terms of height and weight, I'm about 6 foot and got a 3.5 and it was a tiny bit big

The version I received was, I believe, the more recent Yusho model made in China (Yusho Best I think it is called) with 30% poly, 70% cotton. It has the runbird logo without the Mizuno writing on the arm, unlike shown on the pictures. It is super light and soft, much more than my other Gis (I own two Fushida Icon). Its feels more like a 1.5 weave. The quality seems ok, but not as well made as my Fushida, which I find strange considering the hype about Mizuno. Maybe you need the one made in Japan for the true quality. Curious to see how it will hold intensive training on the long term. I'm 5ft9-62kg and the size 3 fits great. It did not shrink after two cold washes. Had to go check on Mizuno's website to find a better size chart
Amazing GI that mimics the Yusho Japan comfortablility and Design well.
This Gi is amazing and had to leave a review here. Looks great and also feels very good moving around in it, does not constrict movement like I noticed with some other Gi's.
Had some trouble with the sizing, initially got a 4.5 and it was way too big for me.
I'm 6ft around 81kg and a size 4 fits me perfect, sleeves length fit right our the box so will only cold wash and hang dry.
I could've gone for a 3.5 for a more slim cut but worried the sleeves might be too short for competition purposes so happy with my 4.

My son has been buying judogi's for the past 6 years and these are by far the best we have had. We actually have 4 now. They are high quality and worth the price. They wash and wear extremely well.
