Although rare, shipments may be damaged in transit. All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. The recipient is responsible for inspecting the entire shipment upon arrival. Any damage or shortage must be clearly noted and signed by both the delivery driver and the recipient on the delivery paperwork.
To file a claim, submit the signed paperwork and supporting photos within the 5-day window. Incomplete documentation will result in a denied claim.
