  • This premium Jiu-Jitsu BJJ belt is expertly constructed and is made from quality FUJI pearl weave material with a rich colour that is fade resistant.
  • Easy To Clean: The durable finish of the Fuji Pearl Weave belts means it does not need extra care for it to look great and keep its color. It is machine washable, which means it is easy and fast to clean.

Special Shipping Notes for Puzzle & Home Mats

  • Puzzle Mats: Orders of 20+ pieces (20mm, 25mm, or 40mm) ship free to most locations in Canada. If extra charges apply, we’ll contact you prior to shipping.
  • FUJI Home Mat System and FUJI Roll and GO: Customers are responsible for unloading upon delivery. Please ensure proper equipment or assistance is available.

  • Billing & Shipping Addresses Must Match. Otherwise, your order will be rejected and refunded. Call to place an order manually if addresses differ.
  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 11:00 AM ET ship same day. Orders after 11:00 AM or on weekends ship next business day.
  • Delivery Times: Canada: 1-7 business days. International: Based on calculated rates
  • Shipping Charges: May be manually adjusted for large or heavy items. We’ll contact you for approval if needed.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages

Courier Shipments

My Package Has Been Marked as Delivered, But I Have Not Received It

  • Please wait 48 hours after delivery is marked as completed before pursuing further action, as occasionally carriers will mark as delivered before delivery, or deliver multi-package parcels on separate days.
  • If your package is missing for longer than 48 hours after it has been marked as delivered, please contact our Customer Support team at customersupport@hatashita.com. Please include your order number in your email.
  • Note that neither Hatashita International nor the carrier can be held liable for stolen packages delivered without signature.

My Order Arrived With Missing Items

My Package Has Arrived Damaged

It Has Been Longer than 48 Hours and My Multi-Package Shipment is Missing Packages

  • If it has been greater than 48 hours, and your shipment has not been delivered as complete, please contact our Customer Support team at customersupport@hatashita.com. Please include your order number in your email.

- Please note that shipping claims due to damaged or lost packages require 40-60 days for the carrier to process.

- Please contact us for next steps if you would like more information on how to pursue a claim.

- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of "delivered" status

- Please let our customer support team know if you have a sensitive delivery and would like to add "requires signature" to your order

Large Truck Load Shipments

My Order Arrived with Damage

  • If your order has arrived with damage, please contact mats@hatashita.com. Please have photos of damage, and the Bill of Lading signed as "Damaged" by the receiver including in your email.

My Order is Later than the Estimated Transit Time

  • If your order is later than the estimated transit time, please contact mats@hatashita.com for delivery updates. Please include your INV- number in your email.

- Please note that in the case of any and all large truckload shipments, the bill of lading must be signed as "damaged" in order to pursue a claim. The carrier will not accept responsibility without this.

- Due to liability restrictions, carriers will offload from the truck only. It’s the receiver's responsibility to bring the shipment inside of the facility.


Returns

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 24 hours for issues; returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and no odors, no stains, no rips and no excesiver hair.
  • Shipping: Return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Any free or promotional items included with your order are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Contact us before returning.
  • Please Note for U.S. Customers: Returned or Refused packages from the United States are eligible for a refund of the item’s purchase price only. Unfortunately, duties, taxes/tariffs, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
