The FUJI Kneeling Throwing Dummy is made from super heavy-duty canvas with reinforced stitching at key stress points, built to last through the hardest training days - perfect for throws, sweeps, leg picks, and strikes. Train both gi and no-gi by using or removing the included jacket. Ideal for Judo, BJJ, Wrestling, and MMA.
