I'm a six feet tall woman with respectable shoulders and I was looking for rashguards with sleeves adjusted for my shape, so I took a chance and ordered a men's small.

That being said, the quality of both Tatami Fightwear rashguards that I ordered is commendable. It fits like a second skin and is excellent for grappling and stand-up, but I also wear it at the gym because of how breathable this is.
